2. Repair cases, defined as patients who have had one or more previous surgical procedures at another clinic, do not qualify for any last minute deal, including the auction. Visit our repair cases page to assess whether you are or not a repair case. If you are, please fill in our online form for one of consultants to contact you and review your case together. When talking to them, please specify that you will like to participate in the auctions & last minute deals to know their opinion.

3. Unless otherwise stated, all bids are in U.S. Dollars.
4. Bidding and Buying. As a buyer, I am obligated to complete the transaction with alviarmani if I am the highest bidder at the end of an auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid or reserve requirements) and my bid is accepted by alviarmani. I am also obligated to complete the transaction if I click the “I accept” button of the “Buy it now” option.
5. By bidding on a hair transplant auction I agree to be bound by these terms & conditions Bids are not retractable.
6. Without limiting other remedies, alviarmani may limit my activity, immediately remove my bid, issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate my participation in alviarmani hair transplant auction and refuse to provide their services to me if: (a) I breach this Agreement; (b) alviarmani is unable to verify or authenticate any information I provide to you; or (c) alviarmani believes that my actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for me or them.
7. Alviarmani has a no warranty policy for the results of the hair transplant surgery. This is to reflect the fact that, like in any other medical intervention, the results of the surgery depend on many factors other than the surgeon performing the operation, such as quality of post-care and individual physiology factors, amongst others.
8. I understand that I have no choice of doctor when booking a procedure through our online auctions and last minute deals. Dr. Armani will operate when available; otherwise the procedure will be carried out by one of his highly-trained hair transplant doctors.
9. International patients, defined as patients traveling from outside Canada for the sole purpose of undergoing a hair transplant at alviarmani, must take care of their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
10. Procedures booked through the online auction and last-minute deals will oscillate between 2,000 and 2,500 grafts. I can either decide to stop at 2,500 grafts or purchase additional grafts at the regular price of US $4 per graft.
11. Blood analysis must be ready prior to bidding. Results MUST be faxed to alviarmani as soon as I receive confirmation to have won the auction. Fault to present my blood analysis results on the date of the surgery will result in an automatic cancellation with no refund offered. Click here to download Blood Work requirements.

12. My Medical History sheet must also be ready prior to bidding. Results MUST be faxed to our office as soon as I receive confirmation to have won the auction. 12. Payment options include credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard). Please note that if you are paying by credit card, there will be an extra charge by your credit card company, no by alviarmani, due to the exchange rate. If you are planning to pay by either credit or debit card, please make sure that you are aware of your daily and monthly credit/debit limit. We do not accept cash or personal checks. Other options include certified cheque or money order (payable to Alvi Armani) issued the day before the surgery, that is, the same day as you will be notified to be the highest bidder in the auction at 12 p.m. EST.
13. I understand that all fees once paid are non-refundable. Fees will only be refunded if alviarmani has to cancel the surgery.
