I take the following
Multi vitamin

Fish oil

Hair vitamin that includes Biotin and zinc

Saw Palmetto

Proscar

RE: supplements to take...advice?

I think supplements are good for overall health and will help your hair grow healthy but don't completely bet on it. I've been down this path before, but I think it's a case by case situation.

RE: supplements to take...advice?

Thanks for sharing. I had my procedure 3 weeks ago. So far my regimen is:

Vitamin C - 1000x2
Vitamin B complex - 100x2
Vitamin E - 400x2
Multivitamin + minerals
Saw Palmeto - 3x
MSM - 1000x3

I have ordered the Originere tablets (dietary supplements for hair put together by Dr Armani) since they contain all the ingredients listed above and even more, so hopefully it will definitively be more convenient than now, not having to handle several ingredients several times a day and keep on ordering them from several shops. It will probably be most cost effective as well.

On top of the above regimen:

Minoxidil AA1
Propecia
supplements to take...advice?

I decided to post my current supplement regime.
