| Just curious, if somebody has good donor, like mostly 2's and 3's, how far would 1000 grafts FUE go for some overall diffuse thinning? Would it thicken things up at all? How much coverage can I get?

| Tough question without seeing your photos. It will depend alot on your goals. Do you want full coverage? Athick hairline? Will you be happy with sparse see thru coverage everywhere?? If you need work all over 1,000 grafts isnt much.

| 1,000 grafts won't do jack!! That is someome with minor thinning. That's how a clinic like Bosley keeps you comning back for more. You get 800, then go back for another 600, then back for another 1000, in the end they rob you blind!

| IMO .. I believe 2000 - 2500 Grafts will give Good result . After that .. if you didn't satisfied ( according to your expectation ) 1500 Grafts more ( Touch Up ) after 2 years ... you'll be 100% happy  I post that randomly ( in general ) maybe more .. maybe less . + - 500 Grafts . Thanking you.

Bein a patient of Dr. Armani's and having 2 transplants with him, i can personally tell you that it depends on your situation and the size of the area where you lost your hair. Dr. Armani really excels at giving you the most density, and if anyone can give you density with 1000FUE's, it would be him. You should definitely post some pictures here, as well as have a consultation with Dr. Armani.
