| Just a few random things I'm wondering... it seems obvious to me from the few pictoral testimonials that an Armani job is the BEST procedure money can buy... but I wonder why there aren't a whole slew of testimonials... is it mostly a privacy issue? And those that do choose to post their pictures or blog or make videos... do they get price discounts or are they just doing it because they're so happy with the results? And I wonder why more celebrities who obviously need work done don't go with Armani... any thoughts?

| People are not discounted or compensated to share their photos. It is encouraged by the clinic for patients to share their stories and photos with others. It is very much appreciated by Dr. Armani when patient's allow us to use their photos to show other clients.

| Actors do get hair transplants, they just keep it a big secret.... Look at Tom Hanks, he was receding and now he has a great hairline... Lots of guys like that.

| Maybe it's just me and I haven't noticed... but does Armani advertise at all? I mean... you see ads for those hacks at Bosley and MHR all over the place; on tv, internet ads, etc. I would never have even heard of Armani had I not done a random google search on transplantation and gone through dozens of clinics...

| I heard the reason why Dr. Armani has his Beverly Hills clinic is because he does so many celebreties.

lyuk (7/9/2010) a valid point... moderation after the fact would be less suspicious, I suppose. We have had troubles in the past with companies advertising on our website thru posts. Using our forum as free advertisement will not be tolerated. At first it was limited but as the forum has grown it became a larger problem. The solution was to change things over to a moderated forum. Things have gone very smoothly since the change. Posters are free to voice opinions, ask questions, discuss other doctors and clinics, post results from other clinics, we encourage all of this.

And it seems like the moderation is fair and balanced... at least to me, since all of my posts get through.

| I believe the consultation center in Seatle is temporarily closed down, I will have to check on this. The closest available location to have a consultation to Seatle would be in our Beverly Hills clinic at the moment.

| Is there a certain amount of rejection/loss that can be expected, even if you follow the post-op care procedures?

| This is called yield, the amount of grafts that grow after they are transplanted. Dr. Armani consistantly gets a 95-99% yield rate.
