Hi My name is David , I'm 22 and looking to book & undergo a HT in AlviArmani. I have a receding hairline and thinning on the crown, Its not major but its Annoying me and stopping me from doing a lot in life. My family on both sides is not known for major baldness etc. Questions might come across as a bit silly but please take time to answer, Thanks.
1.Does Propecia only work to help prevent future baldness? Does it not improve thickness ?
2.Is Propecia Worth buying?
3.From Which site should I buy Propecia as I'm confused ?
4.Propecia 1mg or 5mg ?
5.If I start to take Propecia now will it take a big effect for me ?
6.From which site should I buy Minoxodi & what brand etc, As I do not have a clue which is the best one ?
7.I heard Minoxodi with a mixture of 5% I don't no exactly what Its mixed with, Some sort of juice. But It's very good am I right ?
8.What Vitamins is an everyday requirement to prevent hair loss and thicken your hair ?
9.By washing your hair only 2 times a week is this good as Its letting your natural oils come true ?
10.With the products orgenrie, Propecia & Minoxodi & also essential vitamins. Is it likely this will prevent future hair loss and thicken your hair again.
11.Does brushing your Hair for 5mins everyday prevent future hair loss ?
12. Is it better to let your hair grow or keep it short ?
13. How many Hairs are in a graft ? I would be looking to get 3000 Grafts to improve my density and temples, So how many hairs do you guy's reckon I would be looking at ?
14. What is the highest density you can receive in a procedure ? Does it range from 80 cm per square - 120 cm per square ?
15. Can you pick which you would like to receive ? eg. ''I would like to receive 110cm per square''.
16. An average head has 100,000 hairs on there head. Is it possible you can replace most of them back with Alvi Armani ? Lets Say 60,000 hairs you want to regain as the other 40,000 hairs would be donor area.
17. If I was in the day before my procedure with Antonio Armani , And we were discussing about where we would like to work on etc. And I happen to turn around to him and ask him would it be possible If I could pay for another 500 grafts and make them triple hairs and place them in the area around my crown just for thickness wise or ask him just to place them in other random areas of my head that is thinning. Do you guys reckon it would be possible ? -- Also you can base your answer on previous history.
18. How many procedures can you actually have in a 10 year period ? I would be looking to have at least 3 with 3,000 Grafts on each one. Is it possible ? I also have thick hair.
19. What is a top up ? e.g
''I got my procedure(3,000) done in 2011 on zone1 & zone2,
In 2012 I went back and received another 500 grafts in zone 1 & zone 2''
Can you do this ? Is it allowed ?
20. Can you give a rough Idea in your post-op procedure of where you would like to adjust your new hairline too based on your past hairline ?
21. Can Dr.Armani implant hairs between existing hairs ?
22. What is better FUE or FUSS in the overall outcome. Forget the scars etc just based on density etc.
23. Whats the average density of a human ? Can Dr. Armani Give you the same result ?
24. Whats laxity ? Does this be took into account when adjusting your own hairline or chosing which density range you would like ? e.g ''80cm per Sq - 120cm per Sq''
25. I Know it might sound silly , But I'm a 21 year old model so that's why It's coming from me
but is it possible to pull of a Zac Efron hairline or who ever ? Sorry if the example is extreme.
26. Is it easier for Dr.Armani to do the procedure for you If your head is shaved ?

| Whao.... I will answer a few of your questions but really that's alot. Does brushing your Hair for 5mins everyday prevent future hair loss ? No, absolutely not How many Hairs are in a graft ? Generally between 1-3, on average you get about 2.5 hairs per graft in a transplant so you would probably be looking at 6,000 - 7,000 hairs. 3,000 grafts is a good amount so it should provide yo uwith good density. How many procedures can you actually have in a 10 year period ? I would be looking to have at least 3 with 3,000 Grafts on each one. Is it possible ? I also have thick hair. I think Pats (works for Alvi Armani) has had 2-3 procedures to this poiunt up to around 8,000 grafts. So yes I would assume it is possible. Can Dr.Armani implant hairs between existing hairs ? Yes, Alvi Armani is very good at this fro mwhat I have seen Is it easier for Dr.Armani to do the procedure for you If your head is shaved ? Yes, for 3,000 grafts you would certainly need to have your head shaved.

| I think once you are an Armani patient you can get Propecia and Minox through them. Pats result is amazing, one of the best I have seen!

| Burberry had 3 procedures I believe totalling roughly 9,000 grafts to do his head of hair. I would look him up. Maybe you should post some photos so people can give you a better idea what you need?
