I currently am on Propecia and Rogaine foam. What supplements should I be taking for my over all hair health that might help with keeping it healthy and thick. Saw Palmetto? Biotin? MSM?? Anything I am missing??

If I were to add one or two things what should they be?? Thanks guys.

I haven't taken this, but a doctor recommended something called "Shin Men", and apparently keeps existing hairs healthy.

Rogaine and Propecia are the main ones you should stay on, though.

I take Rogaine foam and MSM. I tried propecia, but the sides were too strong. However, everybody has different experiences with the drug.  I also condone trying Nizoral shampoo as well.

Have you tried the Shin Men Casey? I looked it up. It has some nice ingredients like Biotin and He Shou Wu which will help keep hair healthy. But nothing ground breaking and I would expect no regrowth from it.

I do believe a hair vitamin that has Biotin in it is important though.

So is pumpkin seed oil, lots of protein is also very important in your diet which help for string nails and hair.

Vitamin A, C, E and B are also very important to helping keep your skin and hair healthy.

Cheers
