I had surgery with Dr. Armani in march 2008 and this is my result, it has been a bit over a year now and the results turned out to be great. I am very happy, I have attached some before and after pics.

Very nice result. Looks totally natural. It must be great to have the flexibility of cutting your hair really short in the back with no visible scar.
