I know that the sides and back donor could never go bald for most people, but is it possible that maybe 10-15 years down the road that your new transplanted hair could also fall out?

| As long as the grafts are taken from the safe zone then the hair will be permanent. They will grow until you are grey and old i na nursing home... lol

The Keeper is correct, as long as the grafts are taken from the safe zone in the back and the sides they will not be effedcted by DHT even when the follicals are moved. They will continue to grow strong and healthy.
