Hi all.

I am 21 years old and not happy with my hair. I have been in treatment for the last 5 months.

My treatment is in a Danish clinic called Hårklinikken (The hair clinic) where I use some different olies from many plants. And then I take some different vitamins: BiOrtomin, NuTricho and Finastirid.

My doctor says that I have NOT lost any of my hairs, but it is the quality that has gone worse, so each hair on the top is not as wide as they used to be.
And the plantolies will make them thicker.

So he says that i absolutely not is a candidate for a HT.

But I emailed Dr. Armani and he said that he would place 3500 grafts.

What is your meaning of all this mess? - I just want my hair to be the same as it was two years ago

- I will upload some pictures in the following days.

Cheers Christoffer, Denmark.

Hello,

If your hair seems that much thinner then it was two years ago then you indeed may have lost some hair. Do you ever notice any hair falling out when you are in the shower or styling your hair?

As well, when someone is starting to bald the hairs will first become much thinner and wispy before they eventully shed, this may also be what you are going thru.

Some thing that I use to keep my hair healthy are

Proscar - to help block DHT and prevent balding

Biotin - This is essential in keeping your hair healthy

Saw Palmetto - This is a natural DHT blocker and will help with the Proscar (FIN)

I think you should know better than your Dr if you are losing your hair or not.  Before taking finesteride and Minoxidil I was losing chunks of hair.  After the meds I was losing very little.

There are alot of products on the market all claiming to be wonder cures for hairloss.  Best I think to go with the ones that are proven in trials etc.  Even then there are no guarentees, and of course possible side effects.

If you post some pics we can be of more help.
