| Hello Everyone, I wanted to post some pictures and a link to my blog where you can see the results I achieved from my FUSS procedure with Dr. Armani back in 2004. The entire experience truly changed my life for the better and restored the self confidence I was severly lacking as a result of losing my hair at a young age. I look forward to interacting with everyone on this forum and sharing my experiences with those who have had or will have a hair transplant procedure. You can view my blog at: http://alviarmani.wordpress.com/ Jay

| Whats up Hal, Thanks alot man! I feel great about my results and it was well worth having the procedure done. I certainly gained a new level of confidence when my hair started to take shape. Not having to wear a hat all the time was a huge benefit to me as well!

| Wally, I went back to work 10 days after my procedure. Everyone heals/recovers at different rates but I would recommend taking at least 1 week off of work. The procedure itself did not hurt at all because of the local anesthesia that is given. There was some discomfort afterwards but keep in mind I had the FUSS(strip) procedure. With the new technology of the FUE procedure the discomfort is minimal and you can resume activities like going to the gym a few short weeks after the procedure! Hope this helps.

Yes, Dr. Armani did talk to me about the importance of meds to prevent future hair loss and to help keep my existing hair. I have been taking proscar ever since the procedure and will continue to do so.

So after 10 days when you went back to work, was it not noticeable anymore?? Did you wear a hat? Did anyone say anything??

It was minimally noticeable, a few scabs were still left on my head. I actually told everyone I worked with that I was having the procedure done. At that point I really had nothing to hide and I didn't wear a hat to work.
