Hi all, new to the forum.
Just had 2600 FUEs done to zones 1 and 2 at the Toronto office. The procedure went smoothly but a bit longer than I though. 12 hours to be exact.
Armani is truly an interesting and caring Dr and I have no complaint son the way I was treated.
My hairloss is practically to areas 1 and 2.. may be going to area 3 in the future judging by my family's pattern. Thank god, not more than that.
After a year of researching I decided to go with him and drove from Miami with a buddy of mine.
Here are the postop pics 11 days after. Healing well.
It will be interesting to see how the growth progresses as I have an identical twin brother that didn't do the procedure.... YET lol
We have the same DNA so his follicles could be used on me if the time comes, lol... he better be careful when he sleeps!

| looks great bro, nice design. Your just a couple of days behind me I'm 18 days out and we had very similar work done. yeah looks like you might need a little work in zone three but you can probably get away with it for a while since your gonna have such a strong hairline. keep us posted. ps: i got you beat on the surgery time to i got there at 7:00 a.m. and didn't get out till 10:30p.m., but i know it will be all worth it so i didn't mind at all. best of luck

hairline looks great. not straight or fake looking. exactly where it should be. Area #3 will be considered a few years from now. then, going by my genes I wont need anything else done.
Hello, I can even get some donors from my eyebrows if I ever needed lol

| Awesome results bro!! Hey dali999.Y dont you tell us something abt ur discussion with the doctor before surgery. How you got to choose 2600 grafts as normally we go for 2500 or 3000?? Did the doctor suggest you??What exactly made u pick that extra 100?? Even I am plannin to get it done.So preparing for my pre-op discussion. It would be very helpful if you suggest me any!!

you are correct. The original number was 2500 but there were an extra 96 grafts used. Instead of them going to waste they were used too.

| certainly not soon. This would be the last area Id have to take care of if I am going by my family history... hopefully in 5 to 10 years. I am 30. Density is less there but not that bad really. Thought of starting Proscar but I am worried about the side effects and also not too sure about its effectiveness in that area. ill post pics again after the 30 days mark. My twin bro is very jelous ...im def enjoying that lol. Just hope it turns out to be all I hope for.

Dali, Forgot to ask, how was the drive up to toronto? I may be planning to go see Armani again in the next year or two to have some other areas touched up and was considering driving instead of flying. How was it getting into and out of the border?

the drive was cool. Rent a fun car to drive if you are renting. I went with Hertz's corvette and I am glad I did. Managed to only receive one speeding ticket. For a 1500 miles trip that's not bad lol.
The border from the US to Canada we were asked out of the car and inside an office for immigration checkup. Our car was searched IN DETAIL too..I had some creatine in the trunk and that didn't help for sure lol.
On the way back it was easy. All I had to do was show the officer my recently implanted grafts and we were in our way.
We rested one night.

With regards to Proscar or Propecia, my advice would be to try it first & see if you get any side effects, if you dont then continue & if you do then just come off it etc.
