Regardig workout,I personally feel you should gve it some more time.Say about 3 more months atleast before you go hard weights. Please dont take risk so that you dont have to repent later. You have whole life for workout but these 3 months are very very critical for ur hair. Please take care and be patient.

i see know reason why you couldn't train as hard as you like after three months. i'm 2 months out and i'm going balls to the wall in the gym. after one month your fine, you can't do any harm at this point. looking forward to seeing your pic's, so i can get an idea of what i can expect in the next month

Bradc29, at 3 months you are fine to hit the gym hard. The only reason someone would not be able to work out hard 3 months after a procedure would be if they had strip as their scar might stretch form the stress of lifting heavy weights. Wih Fue you are fine.

Yeh as Eric stated, with FUE you have no worry of a scar stretching.. I had to wait 6 months before I went back to doing heavy weights at the gym after my procedure.

I agree with Dan .
I had strip, and weighted for six months as well.
You are fine to lift heavy again after three months as you had FUE.
Good luck and post some updates for us.
It's been three years since I had my HT and I still "GOT MY SWAGGER"

| why after 3 months if the procedure was FUE? what are the risks if you go after 4 to 6 weeks? I am at week #8 and started my workout routine this week. Any risks at all with FUE?

| I had an FUE and I hit the gym hard at 3 months and my results were ... well ... fantastic. I think waiting at least 3 months is important for general recovery ... untill ALL Scabs are gone (usually 3 weeks ish), then about the 3 month mark is the time that the grafts are comfortably in the scalp and regrowing. Im sure you could earlier but why risk it? You just spent thousands of dollars, in some cases pain, an annoyig recovery and adaptation process, and of course social change in your life ... Why mess with the results? Playing it on the over the top safe side will do ZERO HARM. just my $0.02 Cheers MoM

Like Eric said, you can workout 30 days after FUE procedure. For me personally, when I went to my one month follow up with Dr. Armani he told me that I could start working out hard. This was after a month. I believe that one should give themselves four to five weeks of great recovery before hitting the gym hard.
